First Friday

Hello Everyone! It’s Cybersecurity 1st Friday!

Welcome back for the May event!

This month we will hear from Cory West, the Senior Director of Development-University at UCCS where she will talk about the HEROES Scholarship Fund, which will provide scholarship support for students who are active-duty members of the US military enrolled at University of Colorado Colorado Springs. We will also hear from John Igbokwe, CEO
and President at TechAxia who will notify us of the new chapter of the Microsoft 365 Administers Group here in Colorado Springs. Oscar Vaughn will tell us about the Honor Flight of Southern Colorado. 

This month's event sponsors and keynote presenters will include Jim Hideman at Telexicom, who's mission is to make the often perplexing telecom industry comprehensible to their clients and cosponsor Erich Weeks, Cloud Strategy/Cloud Solutions/Cloud Different at Expedient a data center and cloud services provider offering infrastructure as a service (IaaS) with local operations in several states including Colorado.

We will have updated community announcements and other event dates as well.

May's First Friday will be held at the National Cybersecurity Center and is co-hosted by the Murray Security Services and Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC.
