Founder and CEO Jim Hideman, started his industry tenure in telecommunications in Colorado Springs, CO. As the telecom divestiture unfolded with AT&T, Jim started telemarketing for MCI in 1996. Jim established his first master agency in 1998 with Qwest.
In 2003, with years of telecom experience and successful business development projects behind him, Telexicom was born with the sole purpose of making the often perplexing telecom industry comprehensible. After establishing his first master agency with Qwest, Telexicom diversified with other network service providers, managed service providers, and network assessment and security analyst specialists. With a broad portfolio, Telexicom has has become the universal "Language of Telecommunications" helping clients understand the options with new technologies and service offerings that are hitting the market today.

It’s Cybersecurity First Friday!
Welcome back to the May event!
Remember that you are required to register for the event and check in once you arrive.
This month we welcome Kelly Hughes, Director of Corporate Engagement for CTU. She will provide an update on their existing degree programs, academic resources and describe their community impact.
Brody Bassett is the President of the Colorado Defense and Industry Coalition. He will introduce this organization to the community and explain what they are contributing to our ecosystem as well as their national and international impact.
We will get an update from Mark Prys, co-founder and COO at Eagle Global Cybersecurity where they offer various cybersecurity and compliance services.
Finally, our keynote presenter and this month's event sponsor is Jim Hideman, President at Telexicom. He has an exciting updates regarding several initiatives including a benefit his organization is offering Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC Members.
Due to the weather, there is no food truck this month, instead, come and enjoy free pizza again from Pizza Time!
We will have updated community announcements and other event dates as well and we will have some additional Cybersecurity First Friday merchandise.
