It’s Cybersecurity First Friday!
Welcome back to our December Holiday Event!
Remember that you are required to register for the event and check in once you arrive.
This month we focus on the strategic partners whom make the CFF event possible. We recognize their contributions!
Jon-Michael Horst, Director of Marketing and Outreach at Exponential Impact (XI) will provide us with some updates.
Dale Anderson, Sr. VP of Economic and Defense Development & Government Affairs at the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC will introduce the new Colorado Aerospace & Defense Economic Council (CAD-EC).
Terri Johnson Akse, Assistant Teaching Professor of Cybersecurity Management will present on behalf of the UCCS Cyber program and discuss EOY successes and upcoming events. Some of the students from Data Mine of the Rockies will prove a quick presentation on their projects!
Shawn Murray will provide an update for Murray Security Services and their plan for 2026.
As a reminder, there is no food truck this month because the UCCS Cyber Program is providing the catering this month! Join us for the holiday celebration after the presentations where we have thousands of dollars worth of door prizes to give away.
We will have updated community announcements and other event dates as well and we will have some additional Cybersecurity First Friday merchandise.
